This two bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on Ruby Street has plenty to offer, with flexible living space, and a nice quiet deck. This second floor unit has an eat in kitchen and an all in one washer/dryer. The apartment offers easily accesable street parking. There is no air conditioning, so window units are encouraged.

Within walking distance to plenty of Lancaster city attractions. You are only a 15 minute walk to down town coffee, bars and restaurants. Public transportation is also only a block away.

Owner pays water/sewer/trash, tenant pays electric and gas.

Small dogs are acceptable, there is a $250 non-refundable pet deposit.

There is a no-smoking policy.

The washer/dryer is included in the rental, if that breaks beyond repair, the landlord will not replace the machine.

The lease is for 12 months, and converts into a month-to-month lease after the 12 months. 30 days notice to leave is required.

If the lease is signed mid-month. A full months rent is due upon signing the lease, and the following month will be prorated for the previous month.
