Plenty of space for work from home setup.

Great location - close to expressway, Downtown Norwood, Factory 52, Oakley, Hyde Park, Rookwood, and short walk to Xavier University. Tenant responsible for electric & gas. Laundry on site. No smoking allowed. Vouchers are not accepted. Animals considered with $35/mo additional rent and $150 non-refundable fee. Renter's insurance required.

First month's rent and security deposit required at lease signing. Non-refundable fee of $50 per applicant. Background check required.
