1 year lease available starting October 1, 2024. The management company pays for pool maintenance and pest control and lawn. The renter pays for maintenance of water, trash, internet, electricity and cable and renter's insurance. The tenant is expected to keep the place clean and free from trash.     "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
