-Multiple grocery stores, Target, and restaurants a few blocks south and the beautiful South Mountain hiking trails and lookouts just down the road
-Open to a 6 or 12 month lease period

Two 25-45 male tenants live in the home and are long term tenants that mostly keep to themselves but are social. The room for rent is located on the 3rd floor along with the shared bathroom. First month's rent and a $250 non-refundable security deposit is required on or before the move in date. Cats prohibited, one dog may be negotiable for an additional $50/mo fee. No smokers of any kind, please.
