Across the street from Patterson Park (near the Pagoda) this large studio apartment is bright, spacious, and has many thoughtful touches.

The studio includes an all-electric kitchen with dishwasher, large walk-in closet, a tiled bathroom, parquet wood floors throughout, and a wall of ridiculously tall windows. A couple of blocks away from a Hopkins shuttle stop!

The best feature, though, is the loft space! Reached via a built-in ladder, this Being John Malkovich space (floor 2.5?) is perfect for hosting friends, hanging out and studying, or setting up a futon mattress and sleeping there yourself. (You could also use the space for storage, but... why??)

Known for its strong residential community association, Historic Butchers Hill is a safe neighborhood. Patterson Park hosts free summer concerts and many events. Canton and Fells Point -with their shops, restaurants and markets- are a short walk away.

The Johns Hopkins Campus is within a 12 minute walk, but you can get there by shuttle (1 block away) if you prefer.
