A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer is located close to all bathrooms. A covered patio with an enclosed backyard provides a secure, and private outdoor entertainment space.

All furnishings are tastefully curated to balance modern aesthetics, simplicity, comfort and function. All beddings, linens, kitchenware are brand new.

Conveniently located close to DFW Airport (7 minutes), Arlington entertainment district (5 minutes), I-30 (3 minutes), Hwy 360 (2 minutes), Dallas downtown 17 minutes.

Very accommodating lease terms with minimum 1 month lease. Minimum Gross income 2x monthly rent. No Pets unless disclosed and approved. Minimum 680 credit score (will take Gross Income into consideration if necessary). One month notice required before termination of lease. May not sublease, or sublet. All tenants occupants over 18 must sign the lease.

All utilities: Gas, Electricity, Water, Sewerage, Trash, Internet and Lawn Maintenance is included in monthly rent. Tenants responsible for maintenance and consumables in the house such as: AC filter, water filters, light bulbs etc.

All of the neighbors take excellent care of their homes and yards as well, and it is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the Arlington entertainment district (Rangers, Cowboys, Six Flags, etc)."
