Two small or medium pets will be considered with breed and age restrictions. No breeds with violent tendencies or uninsurable breeds such as, but not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Sheppards, or Dobermans are allowed.
Absolutely no kittens or puppies under one year old are allowed. All pets must be spayed or neutered. No birds, aquariums, rabbits, or rodents of any kind.

There are NO additional pet fees, pet rent or pet security deposits! Applicants with pets must submit a pet screening application through Petscreening.,

No smoking - this is a tobacco-free house

Tenant is responsible for payment of electricity, cable/internet, Water/Sewer, and Trash removal. Tenant pays the Utility directly for electricity and cable/internet. Tenant pays the landlord for water/sewer and trash.

Trash is $47 per month.
Water/Sewer is around $29/person per month.
