If you are tired of apartment living and management companies and ready for peace and quiet in a safe Lexington community, then this Dawsons Park home is the house for you! The location is about 4 miles from Michelin and about 4 miles from the town of Lexington. The house is conveniently located near grocery stores, CVS, fast food, hardware store, gas stations etc. but is away from the noise and congestion of city living. This home has nice big windows that let in lots of natural light. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed in the whole house. Ceiling fans circulate the air and help keep you at a comfortable temperature. A wood burning fireplace is perfect for South Carolina's occasional cold day. Granite counter tops brighten the kitchen and both bathrooms. Kitchen has a stainless steel french door refrigerator. The washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen area to make doing laundry very convenient. The backyard is fully fenced. There is an outside storage closet. This is a NO pets and NO smoking home so it smells nice and fresh. Security deposit of $1000 and first month's rent required before moving in. I require proof of income, employment history, past rental history and background check and good credit rating. The home will be available October 1st. Please apply using the Zillow application.

Owner pays monthly HOA fees. Tenant pays all utilities.
