The washer and dryer hookups are adjacent to the kitchen area to make doing laundry very convenient so bring your washer and dryer and enjoy easy laundry duty! The backyard is fully fenced. There is an outside storage closet. This is a NO pets and NO smoking home so it smells nice and fresh. Security deposit of $1000 and first month's rent required before moving in. I require proof of income, employment history, past rental history and background check. In return, I will let you talk with some of my renters to see what kind of landlord I am!
