Walk to shops, restaurants, bars, stores, parks & services.

The charm of the barn house extends to reclaimed wooden floors and unique room shapes that add interest and an open floorplan. There is also an attached "carriage house" that makes for great added storage or workshop use.

Showings will only be approved for applicants who submit completed applications, including proof of income. You can email to get an application sent to you.

Tenant pays all other utilities including natural gas, internet, trash, water and electric. There are 2 houses on this property and the barn house is in the rear. Do not disturb the front house. There are two dedicated parking spaces for this house as well as a separate private street/alley entrance. There is no covered parking. There is a shared yard between the two houses; however, the home does have a private deck.

Minimum qualifications are listed on my website: We look for a gross income from all sources equal to 3x rent. We will consider applications with damaged credit but will not consider applications with recent evictions or unpaid housing related judgements. This is a non-smoking home and real estate broker owned.

    "Grand Rapids only 50 minutes away, Muskegon only 30 minutes. Fremont has Gerber, Gerber Life Insurance and the Fremont Area Community Foundation to help support growth efforts and business culture. Schools could be a bit better, but they are building a new high tech High School which will help. Tons of churches to choose from. Parent involvement tends to be ok...area suffers from some "poverty mentality". Awesome new recreation center and pretty good hospital, although most serious stuff gets sent down to Grand Rapids. Overall MI economy not great, but Fremont is a bit insulated with Gerber and agricultural industries. Tons of recreational opportunities and northern MI only a couple of hours away. They have an awesome GA airport, but totally underutilized. If you like a slower lifestyle but don't want to be completely separated from civilization Fremont is a nice place."
