Strict house rules to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone.

All renters are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. No guests, no pets, no smoking (or burning of anything), no drugs, no weapons, no loud noise of any kind, no non-sense. Be advised, this is NOT an environment or neighborhood that is friendly to parties, squatting or other illicit/illegal behavior.

One room per individual will be rented. One room will not be rented to multiple adults. No exceptions.
