Owner is looking for a friendly, clean, low maintenance, drama-free person to trust to maintain her home while she's gone and cohabitate with when she returns, that appreciates the luxury of a secluded lot and beautifully appointed country modern condo attached to a barn. This overall 1400 square foot quaint condo has soapstone countertops, durable vinyl plank flooring throughout living and bedrooms, wood-look tile floors in wet areas, an efficient front load washer and dryer, and a porch that views amazing sunsets.
Fully house-trained pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with $400 deposit and additional $20/month.
Landlords are Mimi's family of 4 that live in a home on the front of the property where this barndomnium is in their backyard (approx 250 feet away) and this family utilizes the barn.

All utilities are included with rent. Propane gas, electricity, sewer and well-water, plus AT&T Hotspot WI-FI included. $1600 security deposit is first and last month's rent. If pet is approved $400 deposit and $20/month additional. Non-smoker preferable. No smoking indoors or in barn. Owner is non-smoker, non-drinker. Looking for 1-year lease of only 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 garage space and shared living/kitchen/laundy.
Lawn maintenance is not tenants responsibility.

Safe area for now, but with Ronald Reagan building up, there are sure to be lots of issues. The schools are amazing and worth the higher taxes in the area. "
