Relax and get cozy - this abode features two quaint bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, work space, full bathroom, and private in unit washer and dryer. Centrally located and a couple blocks off of Pershing Blvd & Converse Ave, this location makes it convenient to get around Cheyenne easily.

LIVING: Feel like you're at home in the serene living room. Cast all of your favorite shows from your phone to the Smart TV or login to your preferred streaming app. Work remotely with ease in the dedicated office area with Wi-Fi speeds up to 500mbps. Feel free to use the private IN UNIT washer and dryer as needed.

BEDROOMS: The full bathroom is located between the bedrooms and is accessed from the hallway. Each bedroom also has a new large ceiling fans. Enjoy the natural light that pours into this adorable units. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin sized beds with a nightstand in between.

KITCHEN: The kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee maker for those early risers. Table setup for 4 for in the dining area. Utensils, bake wear, pots/pans if you are up for cooking a meal. If not, Pershing Plaza is a mile up the street. You can visit our favorite spot to eat - The Office! Close to any amenity you might need.

BACKYARD: Unit B is pet friendly! There is a fully fence portion of the backyard that's perfect for your furry friend to run out all their zoomies! Please be sure to pick up after your pet, we like to keep a clean yard.

PARKING: The house is on a corner lot, so there is plenty of space to street park for free, pick your favorite spot!

EXTENDED STAYS: Perfectly setup for a traveling nurse, Air Force, Microsoft, corporate business, seasonal work, or on assignment in the area.

    "My neighborhood has excellent mass transit if that’s what you want to call it we have a rather small bus fleet but you can get anywhere in town within an hour and a half by bus we also have Uber Lyft and several taxi companies during Cheyenne frontier days we also have Bicycle taxis and parking right"
