This is an older home in downtown Bixby and it's not perfect but affordable, safe and most are happy here because it's Bixby....only big enough for 1-2 people.
Responsible pet owners ok...grass grows fast so you have to mow regularly or higher yard service..
Must keep a clean home and be respectful to the neighbors

12 month lease
$850 deposit and $850 first months rent due before moving in..
Income is most important and minimal combined income of $17/hr required
$250 additional pet deposit
I highly recommend completing the Zillow application and job, income and rental history are most important..

    "I partially grew up in this neighborhood. I have fond memories of playing with the neighbor kids across the street. We lived next to an elderly woman who would yell at us if our football got in her yard. We had ducks and chickens. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood. "

    "Bentley park is nearby! It has a splash pad and lots of slides and fun things for the kids to do. Near Bentley park is a nice trail that leads along the river. It’s great for exercising and just getting outside with the kids. Always feel really safe and the passerby’s are very friendly and kind. "

    "There aren’t any dog parks close. Lots of houses with dogs that live outside. Not many trails to go on walks. You can go on walks through the neighborhood but you’ll get barked at or stared at by the neighbors"
