All appliances are provided.

-First (First month can be pro-rated), last month's rent, and security deposit $2500.
-Minimum 12 Month lease.
-No smoking, vaping or drug use.
-Strictly no pets.
-Must obtain and show proof of Renter's Insurance required at move-in.
-Tenants pay all utilities: electricity, gas (heating), water, sewer, garbage, etc.
-Tenant responsible for all lawn maintenance.
-Gross income must be at least 3x rent amount.
-Credit score minimum: 700+
-Must pass background check, credit check and income/employment verification with pay stubs from past 2 months.
-$44 non-refundable application fee per applicant or apply through zillow rentals.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
