The Space
The Bayles Bungalow is a single-level home with ample room to spread out. The combined living and dining room provide comfortable seating for everyone in your group. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch, relaxing conversation on the beautifully shaded front porch, or gather everyone on the back deck for a BBQ and a game of horseshoes.
There are 4 steps up to the front porch, and the rest of this beautifully designed home is all on one level. You will enjoy the convenience of the included laundry and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and the dining area provides comfortable seating for six or more. Vintage decor and fun wall murals create a unique, warm and inviting space for families and friends to enjoy each other's company.
In the Bayles Bungalow, you'll find just about everything a family with young children could need, including children's dishes, books, toys & games, a Pack 'n play with sheets, and a high chair. We've also provided a stroller so the whole group can wander down to one of the nearby
parks or enjoy a walk downtown for a delicious meal (or ice cream!)

Our bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, each room equipped with comfortable beds, large smart Roku TVs, luggage stands and extra pillows and blankets. Both sides of each bed have a nightstand, reading light and outlet access for charging. The largest bedroom also includes a desk.

Bayles Bungalow has a one-car garage and space for 3 vehicles in the driveway, plus additional parking on the street.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.

NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7

Getting Around
Our home is conveniently located near downtown Lee's Summit, providing easy access to public transportation, ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft, and car rental agencies. Whether you prefer to walk, take the bus, arrange a ride, or explore at your own pace with a rental car, transportation options are readily available. Ample parking is also provided at our property for your convenience.

NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property.
Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs

They were understanding and just asked me to handle it. If they pick up a loose dog they will make every attempt to try to get dog home rather than straight to pound. Scan chips, call tag #s, etc."
