Master bedroom has a balcony facing the back of the house, large walk-in closet, and fire place. Second bedroom has access to a very large balcony. Also included is a double tandem garage with a new garage door opener. Four minute walk to Retro Row that includes entertainment, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a historic cinema.

Owner pays for water, sewage, refuse, and lawncare. Resident pays for gas, electricity, and internet. Parking is limited to the garage and one space in front of garage door. Owner prefers no pets but and exception can be made depending on the pet. The initial lease is for one year. No smoking in the house, at all.

Owner WILL NOT consider subleasing to an entity that completes short-term rentals.
