This detached unit has its own separate entrance and offers a bright living space with a kitchenette featuring granite counters, refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven. The casita includes a comfortable bedroom with plenty of natural light, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and 24 inch Tuscany tiling throughout. Updated bathroom. Gated courtyard with seating provided for sipping your favorite coffee.

Please note: No washer/dryer onsite. No dishwasher.

Also note: Owner (two people) live onsite.

Ideal for one person or a couple seeking privacy, convenience, and easy access to the 101, 202, Intel, and downtown Chandler.

* Lease: 3, 6, 9 or 12 months (12 preferred)

* Unfurnished. Bed is optional if desired by renter. Brand new mattress.

* Available furnished, contact for details

* Owner pays ALL utilities, including free wifi/internet

* No smoking or vaping inside or outside the casita

* Pet Policy: No pets

* Minimum 6-month lease (12 months preferred)

* Rent due on the 1st of each month

* Security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing
