Walking distance to the beach and nearby to shops & restaurants, this 3rd story apartment home has it all: vaulted ceilings, wood stained kitchen cabinetry, granite counters, laminate wood flooring, ceiling fans, and more. Most importantly, included in the rent is a parking space in our gated garage.

No pets please, and absolutely no smokers. No cosigners except for full time students; applicants must qualify on their own merit. One year lease required, rounded up to the next full month for mid-month move-ins.
