The home is situated in Denton, TX, a vibrant city known for its eclectic arts scene, live music, and welcoming community atmosphere. Residents enjoy easy access to the University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University, as well as a wide variety of local dining, shopping, and entertainment options along the historic Denton Square. With convenient access to I-35, commuting to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is straightforward and stress-free.

Pet Policy: We are not considering applicants with pets at this time.

APPLICATION: $65 Application Fee Per Applicant 18 years or older (Nonrefundable). Once all required documents have been submitted by every applicant, please allow 24-72 business hours for processing. Move-in dates more than 21 days after application approval require additional approval.

LEASE LENGTH: 12-month minimum (longer lease terms may be negotiable)

INITIAL MOVE-IN COSTS: Applicants may choose between a traditional security deposit or a Security Deposit Alternative program. A one-time lease preparation fee of $250 plus the first month's rent is due prior to move-in.

RECURRING MONTHLY COSTS: A 4.99% administration fee applies. All On Q Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package for $49. This package includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, a move-in concierge to make utility connection and home service setup simple, a Renter to Buyer program, and more.

    "the community events that make this place spacial are holiday events such as the day of the dead and some others that relate to the diversity of this beautiful town. The tranquility and humanity of the people are very precious, especially when they all gather together. The square of denton organizes magnificent events that are curated by the owners of every business located in denton. I really recommend denton and its traditions to all people, especially to students that come from different states of the USA, but also from other countries. There are many restaurants, ice cream places, bars, and warming coffee shops that make people feel at home. I lived here for two years during my time at UNT, and I really had so much fun in the town with my friends and classmates. It is very easy to find houses and apartments to stay living peacefully in denton tx. All these characteristics make southeast denton very special."
