Meadow Park is a new development with walking trails, playgrounds, fire pits and even pickle ball courts. There are still homes under construction. it most certainly will become one of the most sought after developments in Melissa.

Location is important - especially for school and work commutes. Meadow Park is conveniently located near the Melissa ISD schools and community sports plex as well as easy access to US Hwy 75!

Grocery stores and everything else is available close by!

This is an energy efficient home that comes with refrigerator and W/D included.

Short Term (6 months) lease is ok. 18 months is preferred. Longer leases are also welcome.
