INSIDE: Vitamix, premium coffee maker, dishwasher, whole-house filtration + RO tap, Sony soundbar, 65" Smart TV, fireplace, ceiling fans. Standing desk + murphy desk + master suite desk. Ionic air purifier. Washer/dryer in unit.

BEDROOMS: Master (queen, private bath, double vanity), Bedroom 2 (queen), Bedroom 3 (twins), pull-out queen sofa.

PETS: Dogs only, max 2. Pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply. Full wooded acre to roam.

LEASE: 6-month minimum. Linens/kitchenware available as add-on. Signed agreement required. No smoking. No parties. Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. Garage not included.
