This is a lovely home, has a screened in porch. Big yard. Tile throughout the house. Split floor plan, with an open plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Empty lot on the north side of the property. Property is located close to shopping, dining, schools, movie thechurches. About a 15 minute drive to get to NSB beach.

$2000 per month for rent . You will be responsible for water with the City of Edgewater, and electric with FP & L. You are responsible to take care of the yard, cutting the grass, keeping up with the little shrubs, keep gutters clean. An extra $45 every two months to have the lawn professional sprayed for weeds and bugs. There is a dryer in the house, consider it a gift. When it breaks, I will not replace it. As far as renters insurance goes, that is up to you. Close to shopping, restaurants, schools, churches, movie theater, parks, Indian River, about 20 minutes away from New Smyrna beaches, 50 minutes away from Port Canaveral.
Please make sure that you meet the criteria: not pets, no smoking, credit score of 675 minimum. Renter will be there till the end of July, so no tours till then.
