This newly constructed two-bedroom apartment is part of a small complex in Middletown, Ohio. Live like a local with plenty of room for four to sleep comfortably in this unit. Close to I-75 and just an exit up from the Monroe Outlet Malls, there is plenty to do in this part of town! Relax on the comfortable sectional couch to watch TV on your favorite app, or grab a bite and sit at the bar table to eat! Great for small families or traveling workers. Hope to see you soon!

Our 2 bedroom apartment is a newly built unit and completely furnished with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

As you walk in the front door you will find yourself in our cozy living area with a large smart TV, comfy sectional and a cute sitting/dining area.

Just around the corner you can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in our brand new and well-appointed kitchen. We have you covered with the coffee - we provide a Keurig and all different kinds of flavors!

This home features two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are fitted with a smart TV, night stand and plenty of closet space.

You'll find a free washer and dryer in your hallway along with plenty of dryer sheets and laundry detergent for your use.

A blend of comfort, style, and convenience greets you as soon as you enter this space. While decorating, we have worked hard to create a "2nd home" feeling for our guests.

The living area is the home's heartbeat, successfully combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. Together, the laminate floors and tasteful decor, they create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

The home offers so many amenities and spaces, and we can't wait for you to experience them all.
