Freshly painted apartment in a duplex on the Magothy River's waterfront. Has standard kitchen appliances(sorry no washing machine) as well as washer/dryer. River can be viewed from both the kitchen and living room. All utilities are included except for heating oil, which is split fairly between the two sides. We live onsite in the neighboring apartment, so we take care of any problems that may arise promptly.

Utilities are included, except heating oil. No smoking indoors. An application fee of $100 will be collected to cover the cost of background checks. Once approved we will require the Security Deposit as well as First Month's Rent. We generally work on a Month to Month lease deal, with a 90 day clause. We ask that you give us 90 days notice if you need to terminate the lease, likewise should we need to terminate the lease we will give you 90 days. We have no restrictions on types of pets(short of barnyard animals), however we do expect that you clean up after them and require a $300 non-refundable pet fee to be paid before you move in. There is a covered carport that is largely yours to do with as you wish, however a small portion of it is designated for tools and my motorcycle. Additionally there is an uncovered parking space available to you. Waterfront access is included in the rent however dock slips are not.

    "There is a dog park at Downs park. It’s less than 15 minutes away. There are multiple pet stores and vet offices in the area. Most people walk their dogs and clean up after them. I would definitely recommend this area as a dog friendly area. "

Also there is a lot of teenage kids roaming the neighborhood blasting inappropriate rap that has a lot of fowl language. I also don’t enjoy them shouting late at night when there are other people trying to sleep or relax, I walk around the neighborhood with my dog and smell drugs that these TEENAGE kids are smoking. Over all some parts of lake shore is good but not all"
