"Here Comes the Sun - St. Augustine" is a refreshing home away from home nestled across the famous Bridge of Lions on Anastasia Island. This unit inside of this duplex, welcomes you with bright and airy decor will and make you feel relaxed and truly at ease. Have a quick 5-10 min walk/drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Inside this home you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and all the amenities you need! This unit inside of the duplex welcomes you with an open living room/dining room space. The Living room is equipped with a Smart TV and comfy pull-out sofa. The dining room has a comfortable dining table and a pass-thru to the kitchen which keeps all the entertaining rooms connected. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee cup machine and fully stocked with all the cookware you need.

A short hall off the living room leads you to the two bedrooms and a shared bath. The master bedroom has a lovely king queen bed. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen size bed as well- cozy for your younger companions! The bathroom has a full-size tub/shower.

Through the kitchen back door, you'll find a cozy fenced in back yard; perfect to let the pets out.

Feel free to tackle any work emails on our high speed Xfinity internet.

Owner Pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas/electric and garbage/recycling. Security deposit equal to 1 month rent due at signing. No Smoking allowed. Up to 2 pets total allowed. Lease is for now until May 10th.
