This one-bedroom apartment is located just minutes from downtown Barre. Enter the unit via a private porch on the second level, where you'll find a cozy kitchen equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, and a dual basin stainless steel sink. Wooden cabinets line the walls, providing plenty of storage for your cooking essentials! The kitchen and bathroom both feature easy-to-clean tile flooring, perfect for low-maintenance living. The living room is located just off the kitchen, offering a comfortable space to relax. The bedroom, also featuring hardwood floors, provides a quiet retreat. Off of the kitchen, you'll find a spacious bathroom complete with a full-size bathtub and shower, along with convenient storage in the vanity's upper and lower cabinets.

Utilities included: heat, cold water & sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow plowing
Resident responsible for: electric (Green Mountain Power - includes hot water), and cable/wifi (if desired)

- Pets negotiable with $500 refundable pet deposit. Vet records are required and if its a dog, we must meet the dog.
- No smoking
- Off-street parking for ONE vehicle

Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
Year long lease required.
