Two bedroom flat with large equally sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has two large sliding door closets. There is coin laundry on site in the adjacent building. Laundry is $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Large kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. Off-street parking is included and is located behind the building.

The lease begins August 15th, 2025, and ends July 31st, 2026. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five-day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities, tenants are responsible for electric(AEP), gas(Columbia Gas), and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone. An application fee of $30 per person is collected for a credit check. Credit checks do not consider medical or student loans. We check rental history with current and previous residences.

    "Plenty of sidewalks, not that much public grass for the dog to use. I would recommend sticking to the parks or near the parks, then explore the surrounding neighborhoods and side streets alike. German village is very fun and exciting area to live in, plenty of restaurants and parks to spend your time walking your dog through. "
