Unfinished basement, W&D hook up and good amount of space an inside gym area or play area for the younger generation. Last summer the exterior was painted and new roof installed. Currently the house is in the process of interior being painted, updating bathrooms, installation of laminate plank flooring and new carpet in bedroom areas. Showings are limited do to work being performed at this time.
This house is located in the Cherry Creek School District and has a very stable and considerate neighborhood community. Current Pictures of the house are taken of the old interior and only project a general idea of floorplan layout. Most tenants have stayed for 4 years or more and Landlord will also prescreen all applicants. Good neighborhood close to playground. Showings limited during update. Commute to tech center is pretty decent, can get jammed up during busier times though (Cherry Creek Damn Road and I-225 get busy during rush hour). For those who drive downtown, expect a longer commute."
