Pet rent is $100.00 per month (note townhome association 40 lbs. weight limit per dog and ONLY 1 pet is allowed - so you can choose to have 1 dog OR 1 cat). Renters are responsible to pay the electrical and natural gas bills, cable TV, and internet. Non-refundable pet deposit is $400.00 per pet. This non-refundable pet deposit is a one time fee. I apologize but this property is NOT Section 8 approved.

Am looking for renters with NO past evictions, NO past felonies, gross combined monthly income $4000.00 a month. I like my credit to be 650. Renters are responsible to pay the Minnesota Energy (natural gas) and Dakota Electric (electricity) bills, cable TV, internet, and landline phone.
