It is located off Mussey Grade in the area of Fernbrook, just past Dos Picos park and a short drive to Main St. Ramona for shopping and restaurants. The property has a lot of outdoor space with local plants including a lemon tree, lime tree and cacti. The house has hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms. Water heated tile flooring throughout main areas with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Kitchen appliances included are the refrigerator, dishwasher, and range. Washer/Dryer hookups and a washer/dryer included but not maintained. Large 2.5 car garage offers lots of storage. Satellite internet only with dish connectable for cable. Tenants must establish and maintain all utilities.

2. A good credit score and clean history (625 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.

All Uplift Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes liability insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program and much more! More details upon application.
$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.

    "Everyone knows everyone. Teach your kids respect and kindness. It goes a long way! Since it’s not easy to get places. Most kids have motorized scooters or bikes. Please teach the safety like wearing a helmet and not cutting cars off or speeding with them. We don’t want them to get hurt!"

    "Family friendly, great neighbors! We get occasional visits from wild turkeys, peacocks, owls and perrogine falcons. We have a mated pair of hawks, that we have watched raise babies since 2009! In the spring we get migrating Monarchs and Moutain finches. You can see the milky way most nights. Lots of town events, like the Rodeo and Fair. Ramona has a community Halloween event, and most of the town trick or treats on main street. They have activities for the 4th of July and Christmas. There are easy hiking trails like the Grasslands and more difficult ones such as Mount Woodsen and everything in between. The only con is commuting for work, not a lot of traffic just the distance of you work in San Diego."
