Excellent location in Independence Park which has doctors, groceries, banking and whatever else you could need. No through traffic. Near O'Malley and Seward Highway, can get anywhere in town quickly via Seward Highway or Minnesota.

Extensive energy upgrades - 4.5 star rating (just missed 5 star by a couple of points) including 95% efficient furnace and an on demand water heater, insulated, tight garage and front doors, and much insulation and air sealing with ventilation system for fresh air. Check the utilities on what you are considering renting (just call utility company with an address), average gas and electric much lower than most rentals and can really lower your monthly cost.
