The home is located about three-quarters of the way up the iconic Mt. Baldy, just a 10-minute walk from the Mt. Baldy Trailhead. Experienced skiers can ski down the mountain, and it's common to see paragliders soaring from the peak. At night, look north for the chance to witness the Northern Lights waves of colorful light that dance across the sky.

For those unfamiliar with Alaska: the home is on Upper Skyline Drive, one of Anchorage's premier mountainside neighborhoods. Snow blowing is required during winter due to regular snowfall, and vehicles must be equipped with snow tires and four-wheel drive for safe travel in harsh weather. Driveway maintenance can be arranged for an additional fee if preferred just let us know.

The views from this home are truly extraordinary, offering a full panorama of downtown Anchorage, the ocean (Knik Arm and Turnagain Arm), the Eagle River valley, and the vast surrounding landscape.

This is a 12-month fixed lease, and rent is due on the 1st of each month with a security deposit required at signing. Tenants are responsible for keeping all utilities active throughout the lease. The home is fully furnished with high-end furniture, and tenants must review and sign an inventory checklist at move-in; any damage, stains, or excessive wear to furniture or household items beyond normal use will be the tenant's responsibility. No furniture may be removed or replaced without approval. Tenants must maintain the property, keep it clean, promptly report maintenance issues, and may not make alterations without permission. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home or near entry points. Up to two small dogs are allowed with an additional pet deposit, and tenants are responsible for any pet-related damage. Maximum occupancy limits apply, and guests staying longer than the approved timeframe require written permission. Tenants must follow noise rules and all laws, and no subletting or short-term rentals (such as Airbnb) are permitted. At move-out, tenants must return the home clean, undamaged, and with all furniture in its original location.
