Blue Heaven Cottage is an upstairs over the garage carriage house. Ductless heat pump provides heat and Air conditioning. It has vaulted ceilings, big windows, WASHER & DRYER, lovely views of the pastures, eagles, elk and coyote. This is a shared acreage property where everyone keeps to themselves and is a quiet neighborhood. Tenant responsible for mowing their space and weeding.
This is a spacious upstairs cottage apartment above garage. It has an outdoor area for relaxing. Landlord or others live on the shared property.
Rent is $1950 per month. plus utilities
First and 2xMonths Rent as deposit due at move-in
 Rent price is based on a single occupant. additional occupant add $600/month
Work-from-home tenants will have an additional fee to cover extra use of utilities.
Short Term rentals considered case by case for an additional charge of 30%/mo.
pet May be considered with additional deposit and monthly pet rent.
Located very close to Sequim home depot
There is parking space next to the front door of the cottage, one parking space is included.
Tenant expected to mow and weed areas that are used and 20' around home.

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
