Master bedroom and other three bedrooms are upstairs. Laundry room is upstairs.
 You have a detached shop/garage. The shop is heated. There's also a small storage shed next to the shop for garden tools, lawnmower, etc.
It's a short walking distance to Walmart, as well as a few minutes away from downtown Eagle River.
 You're surrounded by three sides of mountains and on nice sunny days you can step on the street and see Mount McKinley/ Daneli.
 I have two large snow blowers for your use that have been just maintenance.

This home is warm and inviting. This is a wonderful neighborhood, great schools, close to shopping, close to Glenn Highway, close to JBER.
Looking forward to get to know my next renter and for them to have a home for the length of their stay.
 Pet deposit is per pet.
Owner is retired military.

Renter is responsible for water, gas, Electric, garbage and any other expenses that the Renter occurs.
Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal. There is two lawnmowers on site and two snowblowers that have been just serviced.
 Some of owners personal property will be maintained in one back corner of shop.

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
