The elegant granite countertops and numerous drawers provide ample space for your utensils and ingredients. The house features two bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and standard-size closets. On the second level, there's a spacious full bathroom with a stylish vanity, along with a convenient half-bath on the main level. Laundry hook ups are on the second level, tenant to provide their own washer and dryer.

Tenants are responsible for all customary utilities, while landlord provides lawn care. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Seeking a 12-month lease at $1,250 monthly rent and a $1,250 security deposit. All applications must be made directly with Penner Property Management; third-party applications are not accepted. The application fee is $65 per adult applicant over the age of 18. Our office is located at 2620 Hub Dr. N, Ste. B, Independence, MO 64055.
