Lease is month to month only with a 30 day notice from either party. You have to have renters insurance or pay us for insurance. The next door property is rented monthly and we use it in June and July of every year. We are very strict about not disturbing neighbors and will remove anyone next door to you that disturbs you in any way. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. All of our neighbors watch out for each other and we have had this home for 25 years.
