1) Applications are provided at the property. There is a $45.00 application fee per adult to apply. The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. We use my smart move to process applications.

2) You must provide proof of income when applying.

3) Do not apply if you have been evicted within the last 8 years, you will be denied.

4) Do not apply if you have had a judgment from a Landlord, you will be denied.

5) There is a net minimum income requirement for this property of $3600 per month. Stable, verifiable employment required.

6) Sorry, no Section 8 vouchers accepted for this property.

7) All applicants over the age of 18 must have a current/valid driver's license as we will make a copy of it during the application process.

8) A Good credit score is required. If credit score is lower, we may require a higher security deposit

8) You must be willing to sign the lease within 30 days of applying for the property, unless we approve otherwise for a longer time to move in.

9) If you have filed or discharged from bankruptcy within the last 5 years, a bigger security deposit may be required. If lower credit scores, a bigger security deposit may be required.
