Double car garage; plenty of space for trailers, boats, etc. in the driveway.
Walking distance to Chugiak HS and Birchwood Elementary; Access to Beach Lake ski trails are directly across Hillcrest.

Lease term is one year; lease may be renewed annually. Security deposit of one month's rent ($2,450) upon signing of the lease. If the lease is broken between October and March, renter is responsible for rent through March.
Renter pays all utilities.
No smoking inside the house; one or 2 smalldogs on approval with additional $800 deposit/dog.

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
