The house sits in a fantastic, family-oriented neighborhood with a great HOA. Because we take pride in keeping this home in excellent shape, we do look for tenants who will do the same. Tenants are responsible for utilities, keeping up with regular lawn care, and abiding by the neighborhood HOA guidelines.

Lot of new residential contraction is coming up here and is perfect place to raise the kids and family. People pay three times to live in broken houses built in 50s in Austin when you can get newly built house here in Manor."

    "Many families here, school system is now great. Lots of home decor for holidays which is very entertaining. Tennis courts available close to the middle school all year long, same thing for soccer fields or basketball courts. The city is also very diverse and is starting to have more and more businesses opening. "
