I'm looking for one female tenant (no couples or families) to rent a private bedroom & bathroom in a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo in Anaheim, within walking distance of Angel Stadium. The room will be available after September 20, 2026.

Note: I previously lived in this room but have since moved out. The condo is now occupied by my sister, who will be your roommate. I am managing the rental on her behalf.

Room & Condo Features:

- Spacious private bedroom with a walk-in closet (no shared wall with the other bedroom)
- Private bathroom located next to the bedroom (no shared walls with the other bathroom)

- Shared access to the common living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen

- Wi-Fi and utilities included in rent

- Convenient access to the 5, 57, and 91 freeways

About Your Future Roommate (My sister):

- Female, 42 years old
- Full-time working professional (Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
- Clean, respectful, and easy to live with
- Her interests include:
*Trying new restaurants, music, fashion, TV shows and movies, shopping, art and museums, small dogs, staying active (or at least trying to!)

Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Female
- Financially responsible and stable working professional, or financially stable student
- Clean, considerate, and respectful
- Looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home

- Rent: $1,550/month (due on the 1st of each month)
- Security deposit: $775 (refundable, subject to lease terms)
- Minimum lease: 6 months, then month-to-month (negotiable)
- No heavy alcohol use, smoking, vaping, or drug use
- No overnight guests

    "The best part is the proximity to Disneyland. Easy access to restaurants and movie theatre down Katella, or the Garden Walk for entertainment. Close to Main Place Mall too, easy access to highways. Lots of homeless people though, they go through the dumpsters every trash day."
