A furnished room will be available May 1 in a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located near Junipero Beach in Long Beach.

The room is spacious and includes a walk-in closet, queen-size bed, mini fridge, and TV. There is also flexibility to add your own furnishings or rearrange the space to better suit your needs.

Shared spaces include a comfortable sitting area with a loveseat and small dining table. The tenant will also have dedicated cabinet space in the kitchen and shelf space in the bathroom. Tenant should provide their own dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils.

Rent includes all utilities water, gas, electricity, and internet as well as paper towels and toilet tissue.

Please note: this room does not include a parking space. Street parking is generally easiest to find before 5 PM on weekdays.

This home may be a great fit for a student or someone in transition looking for a peaceful place near the beach.

The primary tenant is a self-employed creative who works from home and values a tidy, calm living environment. The ideal tenant has steady, verifiable income, appreciates a clean and peaceful home, enjoys beachside living, and keeps guests to a minimum.

A background check, proof of income, and references are required.

Lease terms: 3 months with optional extension
