The ideal renters would be highly responsible/well mannered/dependable individual(s) that will care for the home well. Best suited for quiet tenants that will be highly respectful of city ordinances and neighbors. No drug use, no loud music, or loud vehicles. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

Water and internet are included. Tenant is responsible for electricity.

3-6 Month Preferred.
