We charge an additional fee ($75/mo) and deposit ($300) for tenants desiring to care for pet(s) in our home as well as taking advantage of our fenced-in backyard. Our house offers a driveway as well as up to half a dozen non metered parking spots in front. Smoking or vaping is preferred as deep into the wooded area behind our home as you'd like, but please not in/near our property. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (~ $350-$500/mo), lawn care and pest maintenance.

We are open to multi-year lease agreements and/or lease-with-the-option-to-buy arrangements, as we love finding creative win/win solutions. Let us know what questions you may have on anything above or below.

    "Although I don’t depend on public information the commute is quite average. Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
