Acerca de esta Casa

En inglés
Welcome to your FULLY FURNISHED, beautifully appointed bedroom and private bath in walking distance of Southwestern University, Old Town, and the famous Square in Georgetown! This is a private bed and bath within a two-story condo home. The bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, as is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. Nearly everything in your bedroom is brand new- the mattress, linens, bed frame and headboard, ceiling fan, blackout shades, desk and chair, and more! We've maximized storage in this room with drawers and shelves at every turn (see pics). We utilized every square inch to create a comfy bed area, desk area, and a reading nook. **You will be able to create your own door code for the door lock on your bedroom

ALL UTILITIES as well as shared household supplies, TV subscriptions, and more are included in the rental price! We require a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, and this is the only fee additional to rent.

We are an all female household of two adults and two little pups. What's ours is yours, and we've already stocked your bathroom with lots of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, soap refills, etc., and will continue to share these items with you as well as laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We want you to make yourself at home when it comes to the shared spaces of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, garage, and patio/yard. We tend to be pretty early to bed (and early riser) folks, and that's the schedule we have the dogs on, too.

About the house: We live in a two story, 2-year-old condo that is set up like a duplex or townhome- we share a wall with one neighbor, but our garages are in between the two homes (and the walls are very well insulated) so we never hear her. Our neighbors on both sides are the kindest human beings, we really lucked out. We have always felt very safe in this neighborhood and have never even heard of so much as an Amazon porch theft, let alone anything else, from any of our neighbors.

We have a small backyard with a patio that you can enjoy whenever you'd like. There is a shared greenspace behind all of our condos, so there are no homes directly behind us. We have two high energy and super loving little floofs, so if you don't like dogs this probably isn't the place for you. Once we know your schedule, we'll enroll them in doggy daycare so that they don't bother you during your key work and/or rest hours. The dogs stay downstairs only; all bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry are upstairs. We have a private driveway and one car garage (as well as an attic) and are happy to store any extra items of yours there if you'd like. There is also a decent amount storage space in the laundry room that you can use, as well as in the small, hall linen closet that will be all yours.

We love our neighborhood! Our 2-year-old condo (looks like a townhome or duplex; two stories) is right next to "Old Town" Georgetown and within walking distance of Southwestern University and Georgetown's historic Square. The architecture around us is uber eclectic, making it delightful to live next to one of the most walkable and oldest neighborhoods in Texas. We're less than 5 min. drive to St. David's Hospital and 10 mins. from Target, a new HEB, Walmart, Best Buy, Sephora, and much more!

No smoking and no pets. Parking will be in the private driveway. You will have access to the garage should you need a bit more storage space. Minimum lease term is one month. Unit is open to a single renter only.
