Relish in an elegant kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful tile backsplash. The bathroom features a new vanity and tile walk-in shower.

This cottage has lots of energy efficient features! Natural gas fuels the range/stove, hot water heater, and dryer. All other appliances are electric. All appliances are included and new except the stove which is slightly used. The Heating and Air Conditioning is provided by an new energy efficient electric HVAC system.

This property is jointly leased. The security deposit is equal to the rental amount with a $200 administrative fee due upon signing. Natural gas, city water/sewer, electric, cable/internet, trash haul off, and snow removal of paths and driveways are the tenants responsibility. Lawn care is provided in the monthly rent. Spectrum services the property.

This home is pet negotiable, so all pets will have to be submitted and approved to stay at the home. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.

Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "
