Old Forge Crossing is a well run community with 40 landscaped acres the
residents enjoy plus access to exceptional community amenities, including
a swimming pool, tennis courts, private access to the Chester County
Trails, and a clubhouse with community events. Conveniently located just
minutes from King of Prussia, Malvern, and Center City Philadelphia

Available 08/25/2026. Application fee $50 and is online. I'll provide the link. Three months rent up front, 1st, last and security deposit. Owner is responsible for water, trash, lawn care, scrub care, snow removal. Unit can be leased 12/60 months. This is a non-smoking unit. Cats are allowed. No dogs per association.
