Farmhouse was renovated in 1982 and again in 2017.
Updated with central air and heat and newer windows in most rooms. Driveway is paved and offers covered parking and is private even though it is close to the main road.
Must see bathroom was added 3 years ago with a custom-made shower.
New carpet and paint.
Gas heaters were added as a supplement.
-Gas Tank Rented from Ameri Gas-Murphy
Gas cooking Stove/Oven, so if you want to cook you have to get the gas tank filled.
You will need to provide your own washer and dryer. Hookups are in place for both gas and electric dryers.
Tenants responsible for Electricity, Internet, Lawn Maintenance and Trash Removal.
-Well Water/Septic Included
You can walk down your driveway to the Tuckasegee River.
