The house comes fully furnished, complete with bedding, towels, and an updated, fully stocked kitchen. It features a spacious master suite accessible via a spiral staircase, which includes a master bath. On the first floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms and another full bath. A detached loft that includes a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, bath and game room. The home boasts large windows throughout, offering views of the river and lake, heated floors in the living room, and multiple expansive patios and decks. Additional amenities include an outdoor fire pit, a gazebo, and a gas grill. While there is ample parking available, please note that there is no garage or covered parking. The city maintains the flat road leading directly to the house, ensuring easy winter access. The property is equipped with a backup generator as well to prevent any power outages.
