Quiet two-story apartment is located in a charming, peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Situated one block from the bike paths, close to Ashby BART, Shattuck Avenue and College Avenue shops.
Home is built in 1965. It has received excellent maintenance, and the units are in very good condition. Unit A was occupied by the owner who is moving out so please excuse the mess shown in the photos. The apartment has updated kitchen, bathrooms (upstairs toilet comes with heated washlet), wall furnaces, windows, paint, and one designated driveway parking spot. Not a big apartment though it has good amount of space and beautiful light in every room. Amenities include onsite laundry room, private backyard, fenced-in shared courtyard, window coverings. There are two units in the front of the property. This unit is located in the back, away from the street, no shared walls other than the utility storage room. Wonderful space and private. Tenants in apartments B and C are top notch.
Pets may be allowed, on a personal basis.
Apartment is available starting in February 2024. Earlier or later move-in date can be arranged. Owner pays water, garbage, recycle, and garden cleaning. Renter pays PG&E.
Please furnish credit report and references upon request, after the application is submitted. Tours will be provided. Security deposit is one month rent + $500. Serious inquiries welcome.
