Acerca de esta Casa

En inglés
ATTENTION: I'M SORRY, BUT THIS HOME HAS BEEN RENTED AND IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE - Rent includes utilities of water and waste pickup - Hello, I am offering for rent a beautiful, newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 1 full bath home, in an ideal location of Castro Valley. This home is in a perfect part of the East Bay, and it is centrally located to anything one could ever want or need. Any shopping, access to the 580/880 freeways, mass transportation such as Bart, recreational parks (Lake Chabot is literally a few minutes from here), etc., are just moments away. Utilities of water and garbage are included.

This home has been renovated extremely well. Contractors have completely remodeled the kitchen with brand new classy white cabinetry including matte black cabinet pulls, granite look countertops, a new stainless steel sink, and a new American Standard matte black kitchen faucet with detachable sprayer. It has a new white Frigidaire gas stove, a new white Insignia refrigerator, and also includes a new black counter top microwave.

Each and every door in the home has been upgraded to new, high end, "straight square" designed matte black door handles. Our contractors have also professionally installed upgraded LED overhead lighting with matte black accents in the kitchen, entryway, living room, hallway, bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room, plus they added an eye catching LED crystal halo light in the dining room. Outdoor motion sensor lights with matte black accents have been installed on both the front door entry and back door area as well for safety and security.

This home has newer double pane windows, with brand new, crisp white, 2 inch faux wood blinds that are hand guided for durability. Gorgeous light pine/cedar look luxury vinyl plank floors have just been installed throughout the entirety of the home, plus upgraded electrical sockets and light switches for the whole unit have been switched out to white, to match the decor plus increase quality and safety. Very importantly, this home has a newly installed wall heater to ensure great warmth for the whole home on the coldest of days.

The bathroom has a brand new light oak vanity with porcelain sink, a huge and stunning new mirror with an included bordered LED light plus defogger, and a waterfall style matte black faucet. 5 brand new 10 year battery life smoke detectors have been installed in the bedrooms, living room, laundry room, and hallway (no need to ever worry about them dying and doing annoying chirping sounds), and a brand new carbon monoxide detector has also been installed. Finally, professional contractors have painted all of the interior with a high end ultra pure white paint, and painted the exterior of the home in a custom light grey tone with black trim.

This home is part of a duplex we own, and it shares only one back wall with the other property. You even have your own private side yard as well as low maintenance front yard with artificial grass and white landscaping rock (as pictured). In addition, this property has its own private 2 car driveway parking (there is some street parking available as well). Living here is literally equivalent to moving into a new home. The convenient location is amazing and the price is quite competitive. The rent will be $2990 a month, plus security deposit of $2990. We also reserve the right to ask for a higher security deposit dependent on applicant's credit worthiness and other factors. Lease terms are for 1 year. If interested, please call anytime after 12pm or e-mail at any hour. Thanks for reading.

Owner pays for water and garbage. Lease term is for 1 year. $2990 per month rent plus security deposit required. No subletting allowed. Any subletting of unit would be a violation of lease terms and terminate rental agreement.
